Distinctive Meetings, Inc. will book roundtrip air to/from your home city to Mexico. On the registration page, please double check the spelling of your legal name as it shows on your passport. We will book air based on how you register. Any changes once your ticket is booked, upgrades, or costs associated with deviating from group travel dates will be at the traveler's expense. Flight seat upgrades or extensions are non-refundable per the airlines. All payments must be received before any upgrades or extensions will be confirmed. Please indicate any special requests on the registration form.
